I hope to make use of the PC knowledge I learned at a commercial high school to help the world in the form of sales clerks. Also, in a TV drama I watched as a high school student, I saw the female employee serving tea to the president, and I thought it was really cool ! I also wanted to do that, and when looking for a job, I wanted a clerk who had the chance. I hadn't visited FCM before the entrance exam, so I was very nervous because it’s my first visiting to FCM. However, the motivation for joining the company was that the senior management of the company talks openly and gave me a friendly atmosphere.

During job hunting, a high school career guidance teacher introduced me to FCM. I learned about the fun of manufacturing through the production line seen during the company tour and the stories I heard during the interview. Also, there are many processes in the manufacturing process, and I decided to join the company because I wanted to contribute to society by participating in some of them.

When I was looking for a job, I went to various companies, both large and small, for company explanations and interviews. What I felt was that small and medium-sized companies looked at each candidate better than major companies. I felt that FCM was listening to me in a friendly manner, so I decided to join the company. After joining the FCM, I was assigned to the Technology Development Department, but I really wanted to study manufacturing. When I told it to my boss, I was able to take a year of manufacturing training, and this experience is alive in my current development work. This is an example that proves that FCM is a company that values the opinions of its employees.

But, through company visits etc. I learned about FCM, I became more and more interested in manufacturing. I was used to handling various chemicals because I majored in analog photography in high school, I feel that it has helped my current job.
